Since the outside of the parallel pads is hardly magnetic, in contrast to the inside, fewer chips are caught during machining here as well, which makes maintenance and cleaning much easier. A prerequisite for trouble-free multi-sided and complete machining on machining centers is unobstructed access to the workpiece on as many sides as possible.
